Most of us become a weird, crazy person around someone we really think is hot. We overvalue their looks and place them on a pedestal. As a result of placing so much merit on appearance we get nervous and we lose our charm and charisma.
Common Mistakes People Make
We get around someone we really think is hot and we get aesthetics amnesia. We see this hot persona and we forget that there is any other hot person. We don’t think that in an hour we’ll probably see another hot person. We develop an agenda and an image in our heads of the magical and revolutionary thing we have to do to get this super-hot person to be interested in us. It’s an agenda we can’t live up to and often the person is gone before we ever get a chance to speak to them.
Is He Too Hot For You?
No, unless you make him that way. You have to put people in your league or put yourself in theirs. Quit trying to do something revolutionary. Just do the average, boring thing and say “hello.” Stop over-analyzing what you should do. Most people aren’t doing anything proactive at all so if you simply approach somebody, you are already ahead of the competition.
The only people too hot for you are the people you put out of your league. Putting someone on a pedestal like that makes you nervous and you lose all your charisma and charm. Instead, just do the boring, normal thing. Simply approaching this person and saying hello will be more than most other people are doing. Stop worrying about how hot they are and what revolutionary thing you need to try to attract them, and just say hello.
